Our Remote Work Policy
At DragBin, we embrace flexible work arrangements. We believe that great work can happen anywhere, which is why many of our positions are remote-friendly.
For hybrid positions, we typically ask team members to be in the office 1–2 days per week for collaboration and team building. On-site positions are generally for roles that require physical presence for security or infrastructure reasons.
All remote employees receive a home office stipend and we organize regular team retreats to bring everyone together.
